However, these products are crafted in a facility that may handle common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and eggs. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list of each product prior to consumption. Tooth Raiders assumes no liability for adverse or allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our food products.
Perishability & Proper Storage: Because our products are artisan-made and crafted without heavy synthetic preservatives, certain items may be perishable. Customers are responsible for following all storage instructions provided on the packaging (such as refrigeration after opening). Tooth Raiders is not liable for product spoilage, degradation, or illness caused by improper handling, storage, or prolonged transit times beyond our control.
2. Cosmetics, Colognes, & Essential Oils Disclaimer
Topical Application & Sensitivity Warning: Our moon-infused colognes, essential oils, and upcoming cosmetic products are formulated for topical and aromatic use only. Because skin types vary greatly, we strongly recommend performing a small skin patch test 24 hours prior to full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Assumption of Risk & Replication Warning: Fossil hunting in wild Florida environments involves inherent, significant dangers, including unpredictable wildlife (such as alligators and snakes), swift river currents, underwater hazards, and extreme weather. Tooth Raiders explicitly warns viewers not to replicate our field activities, dive locations, or extraction methods. By viewing our content, you acknowledge that any choice to enter these environments or hunt for fossils independently is done entirely at your own risk.
